At ashla kreatief, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  1. RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition

Be returned in the original packaging

Include all tags, accessories and proof of purchase

Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse or alteration

 

2. ​NON-REFUNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened perfumes

Used perfumes

Earrings that have been worn

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

3. DAMAGES OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS​

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

and include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will assess the claim and provide a replacement, store credit or refund where applicable.

 

4. REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was supplied.

 

6. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item was damaged on arrival

The wrong item was sent

The item is defective

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.

7. TARNISH-PROOF JEWELLERY DISCLAIMER             

Our jewellery is designed to be durable and long-lasting. However, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, swimming pools, seawater, and improper care may affect the appearance of jewellery over time. Such wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

 

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable South African law.
