Shipping Policy

  1. SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ashla kreatief. We are committed to delivering your jewellery and perfume purchases safely and efficiently.

 

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

3. ​SHIPPING METHOD

We currently ship using The Courier Guy and other approved courier partners where necessary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).

 

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

Major cities: 2–5 business days

Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

5. ​SHIPPING FEES 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

 

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

ashla kreatief will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

 

7. ​ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Customers may track their parcels directly through the courier's tracking system.

 

8. DELAYED DELIVERIES

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ashla kreatief cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Load shedding

Civil unrest

Acts of God

Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

 

9. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Photographs of the damaged packaging

Photographs of the damaged product

If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. But it is not our responsibility to recover lost parcels once it has been handed over to the courier company.

 

10.​ COLLECTION OPTION

If local collection is available, customers will be contacted with collection details after payment has been confirmed.
