ashla kreatief sells handmade and sourced jewellery, perfumes, and related accessories.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colours, images, and specifications. However:

Colours may vary depending on your screen settings.

We buy from wholesalers and depend on their honesty of materials that are legit

Handmade products may vary slightly from photographs.

Product availability is subject to stock levels.

 

3. PRICING

All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices:

Include VAT where applicable. Not VAT Registered

Exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Are subject to change without prior notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payments are securely processed through PayFast.

By placing an order, you authorize payment for the total amount shown at checkout.

We do not store your credit card or banking information.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

 

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order.

ashla kreatief reserves the right to:

Refuse any order;

Cancel orders due to pricing errors;

Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions;

Cancel orders where stock is unavailable.

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

 

6. DELIVERY

Deliveries are fulfilled through The Courier Guy or other approved courier services.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

ashla kreatief is not liable for delays caused by:

Courier disruptions;

Weather conditions;

Public holidays;

Civil unrest;

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional courier fees resulting from incorrect delivery information may be charged to the customer.

 

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, ashla kreatief does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind;

Incorrect purchases made by customers;

Products ordered in error;

Personal preference.

 

​Perfume Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfume products cannot be returned unless defective or required by applicable law.

Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

If a product is:

Damaged;

Defective;

Incorrectly supplied;

Materially different from its description;

the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs and proof of purchase.

Where required by law, ashla kreatief may provide:

A replacement;

A repair;

A refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. HANDMADE ITEMS

Some of our limited edition jewellery items are handmade.

Minor variations in:

Colour;

Shape;

Texture;

Finish;

are not considered defects and form part of the unique character of handmade products.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Product photographs;

Designs;

Text;

Graphics;

Branding;

remains the property of ashla kreatief unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
